I was very happy with Rocket Towing and would recommend them to anyone who would ask as to what's my best experience with having my car towed. It would be Rocket Towing!! They were on time and very nice. They even called me later to see if I was happy with their service. Five Stars.

This business is money hungry, zero customer service care! I thought my van had a dead battery so I call for service. For a battery jump at oakland Airport. They told they needed my card on file and will charge a cancelation fee. They also stated the driver will be arriving in 45-60 minutes. After hanging up the phone I realized the car alarm switch were on so it disable the vehicle. I turn it on and called them back within a few min (5 minutes max). They stated because I called 25 minutes ago they had to charge the cancelation fee. I told them, I just called a few minutes ago and had records on my phone log. He said he would speak to a manager or supervisor and let me know. After speaking to his supervisor he said there is nothing he could do and they will charged the full $49.99 for the services. Keep the $49.99 cause your company is a scam.

Martin C Jr. saved my life man. An absolute genius and class act. I was stuck in the tghtest underground basement in the bay and this man calmly pulled me to safety in 30 min. I’d been stuck for 4 days. He’s the only one that could help. Martin is superman.
