Elmer was an amazing bartender at my daughter's wedding! I was concerned about long lines at the bar and was considering having two bartenders. He assured me that I didn't need to. He was absolutely right! He kept things moving so fast that there was NEVER a line. In part, it was because his systems were meticulous! He even had a quick, but sure-fire system for establishing who was 21 and older (much to the chagrin of my 20 year old nephew!) From setting up, to serving, to tear down, he was 100% on point! And his demeanor was EXACTLY what a bartender's demeanor should be: confident, but not cocky, independent but not aloof, and friendly but not a show stealer. He was the essence of "cool." I feel like I really lucked out; I think I hired one of the best bartenders in Portland!! If you are considering Elmer for your event - do not hesitate!!!!!!

Elmer and his staff were friendly, professional and great to work with. The food was excellent and we received numerous comments about the food quality from our guests. Elmer does a great job!

Elmer did a great job bartending at our wedding! I didn't have any idea how to set up a bar, so he arrived to a pretty chaotic pile of wine, beer, and coolers. He got everything set up and running smoothly. We had about 80 people at our wedding, and I didn't see a line at the bar at all during dinner or the reception. His tip jar was full at the end of the night, which shows how much he impressed our guests.
