Super clean and very safe. The staff was lovely! Stayed in room 201 and could see Morro Rock from the room :) will stay here again next time we're in town.

We've been staying here for years. We adore the owners, they are so kind and helpful! It's dog friendly which is great for bringing my well behaved and quiet dog.

The location of his property is great. It's just a couple of blocks from the water. The owners/front desk folks are very friendly and accommodating. The hot water and water pressure are terrific. We were happy to have a microwave and a refrigerator with a decent sized freezer. The rooms, however, were a little sad, worn, and had a lot of signs of DIY. The metal bed frame was comically loud with barely any movement, half of the light bulbs were working, and the ceiling fan was very dusty.
