The owners are crook's and bully's. Management and or the owners cash people's money orders and then try to evict them for non-payment. most of these families are low income and can't afford attorneys, so the owners think they can do what they want . They're also the owners of illahee mobile park!

It's a really friendly safe trailer and rv park. Kids play freely. The place definitely needs maintenance and seems to be falling to the wayside physically but it's a nice neighborhood.

Beautiful quiet. Manager is cool as hell. Really nice guy. Hope we get the opportunity to rent a rv space with Rocky point rv
