Your stuff is rude!
One small piece of advice: If you do not want customers to open up the polos, please add a sign mentioning that. The staff rudely told me to not open it. This is the second time your staff has been rude to me.
I like your brand but I rather drive further to another store to avoid such a rude behavior.
I typically shop online, but brave the stores when I need jeans/pants or a suit as I find my build (big calves & legs) means looking a little further to find a good fit. Coming from NZ I know the Rodd & Gunn brand so had to check the store out, I wasn't expecting to find what I wanted but with the help of Michael found several pairs of some of the most comfortable pants and jeans I've ever worn. He helped pair a couple of shirts for summer and offered up a glass of NZ wine while I tried things on. Really great in-store experience coupled with some quality products, thanks team.
