2nd edit: well you guys did final send and pay for an exterminator but for some reason only had them do my studio in the entire building. But obviously you guys have extremely poor record keeping as well if you have no evidence of this. I sent multiple written statements, made multiple calls and you didn’t fix the problem until I walked into the front office and showed someone in the office I was covered in marks. You guys reply and acted oblivious. You guys literally had someone killing bed bugs in a single room the day I moved in( I asked the exterminator that’s how I know). It’s not that hard to figure out. But maybe look after future tenants so you don’t have anymore problems like these. And if it makes you feel better this was in 2015ish so hopefully this has changed for the better.
