So.... I decide to wait a couple of months to "make sure" that our vehicle problems were solved...
Here's our story -
We were visiting the area back in November of 2018, when our Ford Excursion started having some issues... We went to three (3) different shops, an spent several hundred dollars trying to get the truck repaired, and each of the previous two (2) shops "thought" they had it fixed, only for me to drive off, and then have the issue re-occur a few days later...
In the final analysis, we spent a lot of money with Rod's Auto Repair, however they got if fixed, and the truck has been working BETTER then before the issues even started.

Rod's Auto Repair has excellent Customer service, Fair pricing, and gets job Done in a timely Manner. Very Friendly. I HAD RATED THEM 5 STARS. That was how I felt after my first visit. Unfortunately, second experience was a complete let down. Time it was said car would be done...came and went with no word from them. My calls were not answered nor returned in timely manner. When i finally talked to someone, they acted like they didnt remember who i was or which vehicle was mine...then it was yes car is done. Went to pick car up and it was a younger guy there not owner. I proceeded with paying for service performed, and then they went to bring out my vehicle. Which once in my car I see my hood on drivers side is completely bent up from side which doesnt open, meanwhile young guy is standing watching so i get out asking what had happened /why it was like that. He proceeded to tell me thats how it came in (Completely a Lie), and that i needed to call the boss. Considering i had already paid, i really had no choice but to try to call owner. Once home i open hood to see that one of the hydraulic lifts is no longer there, and the one that is there completely busted. I had to leave owner a message since my call was not answered. Letting him know the issue and NEVER heard back from him. Obviously this place cares nothing about their customers once they have your MONEY. I HAD TO BUY AND REPLACE THE LIFTS MYSELF. SO MY RATING WENT FROM FIVE STARS ON FIRST VISIT ONLY TO DROP TO ONE ON SECOND. DO NOT TAKE YOUR AUTO HERE THATS FOR SURE!!!!👎
