I rated Rogall in the best category not because they were good and met contract expectations, but because they ARE the best in the field TODAY. I’m one of those who do not rate highly very often unless it's well deserved! After making 8 inquiry phone calls to recommended professional painters within 30 miles, and 2 more to local “family man” painters, Rogall was only one of two who returned my calls, and the ONLY organization that completed a detailed estimate and offered a realistic time frame to do the job. In a post pandemic market, I allowed for the wait to do the job, and a longer wait for the follow up finishing touches discovered upon final inspection. ALL of the supervisors (and working teams) were overly friendly and respectful. Each supervisor for repair construction and painting actually reviewed and completed missed finishing touches themselves until I was satisfied that their job met both contract and my expectations. Each supervisor deserves applause, but I particularly remember the painting supervisor, Reed, who came out last and went entirely beyond the finishing touches he was there to complete! While waiting for a coat of paint to dry I caught him painting a wood garden planter to match the new house colors even though this was NOT part of the original contract! I must point out that Reed, in my absence, also made some detailed decisions in painting that definitely improved the job and met my discerning approval! Finally – I was very impressed that each team left the job site perfectly cleaned of debris and regularly stored items during the process and afterwards in a neat and orderly fashion. My initial expectation for a contracted team of builders and painters was perhaps high for our post pandemic society – definitely things don’t happen quickly anymore. BUT I would definitely recommend Rogall for future work – especially if you prefer clear communication and well above expert performance!
