Been coming here for a decade. I can't say enough great things about this place! This should be your first, last, and ONLY stop to buy ALL THINGS GOLF. The reason for this is simple: in this age of ordering all things online, Golf endures as that one sport that's always going to be about fit and feel! You NEED to walk into a store like this and touch, try on, hit, grip, and putt EVERYTHING in the store to discover all the magical reasons why we all love to golf.
This store is designed to be experienced. You need to carve out time to walk in and just putt a few balls with that putter you saw on the GD Hot List, or swing that driver that your buddy swears by, or like me and find veteran owned golf gear companies that help support vetetan causes and are owned and operated by WARFIGHTER enterpenurs.
When I first experienced golf, it was by waking into a Golf Mart Superstore and picking up a 9 iron for the first time and hitting my innagual ball on a wild slice into their simulator. Needless to say I sucked, but that tactile experience of using a club for the first time stuck with me long after a left the store. I thought about it fit days until finally returning and buying my first set of clubs, which opened the great world of golf to me. Well... Golf Mart is no more. All locations having closed years ago. It, like many other golf stores have closed to online only competition. This couldn't be any more of a tragedy! We can't let all these retail golf shops get destroyed by the internet. Please take some time and walk into this amazing store. Bring your kids... Bring your wife... Bring friends! Especially bring someone whose never played before, and let the super friendly and professional staff help you find something you like, or just hit that new driver!
