Needed someone for a lock out.... called and with in mins they where there. Support this local small business. Great people.

This morning, I scheduled a front door lock replacement. They said they could make it by 2:00. When they didn’t arrive, I inquired status. They took an “emergency “ call from an auto parts store. I explained that my situation was an emergency because I can’t lock my front door. Her reply, “sorry, we have to take care of corporate accounts.” No offer to come after hours. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Roger & Sons were able to help us out within the hour of my call. They were efficient and professional and feel their charge was very fair. I highly recommend them!
