We received the best customer service at Rogers! Dean went outsidethe norm to deliver. Fabian, Drez and Parker were top notch. We are so happy we bought local and were given gold star service all the way. Kaitlyn helped us on the phone the next day when we had questions about our features. Everyone is amazing and we couldn’t be more pleased.

I have put off this review for several years because it has hurt too much to even write. I don’t write negative reviews ever. I’m a business owner so I understand how helpful and harmful reviews can be-but this was one especially bad experience that I hope to help others not repeat and needs to be shared. My husband and I were expecting our 4th kiddo and found a vehicle we were interested in upgrading to. We arrived with our 3 kiddos around 4pm and test drove a few vehicles before deciding to explore what our trading negotiation would look like for one of the vehicles. The negotiations took over 3 hours where we were all hungry and tired. This is one of their poor sales tactics. We tried to say’s we would come back the next day after thinking on it and getting food but they made it so difficult to leave. Then immediately following our purchase of the vehicle, we started for home and engine lights started popping up. They had assured us that the vechicle was inspected. We found a car door had been replaced and a few of the seat belts were locked (even though no accidents were reported on it). The engine light was for errors on the airbags. On top of that the smell of cigarette smoke was becoming more pronounced. We called the dealership once they opened the next morning and they agreed to try to make it right. By the time we got the car back again, it had been 2plus weeks and the smell of smoke did not go away -it was still lingering and interest incurred on the car. I asked them to undue the deal and they refused. I asked them to buy back the car since no other dealer would take the problem-it was pulling teeth. They eventually agreed to buy back the car, but refused to cover the interest or the $2500 difference from wholesale price and retail. Essentially, they got to make commissions on the car twice. The real kicker for me was to see the difference of what true customer service looks like-we went to purchase a vehicle from CR used cars in Moscow and they treated us like family. They even let us take a car home for 24hrs to test drive-they wanted happy customers who were pleased with their purchase. I think this truly speaks to their confidence in their cars they are selling. There was no pushy, hard sales tactics that make you feel like an object. This is what I would have loved from Rodgers-this is how I run my business, happy customer first. Instead I am still paying for the consequences of a terrible experience. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that lets test drive and doesn’t push sales down your throat.
