Having just left a brokerage, an underwriter, and an insurance brand which are insults to the industry, to fall into the warm and competent embrace of Pemco and Rogers Family Insurance, I feel as through I have died and gone to heaven. Service begins where expectations end. There, I got none; Pemco, and Joyce Rogers, Joyce, especially, so exceed expectations as to enter boldly into the realm of fondest imaginings. Joyce is conscientious, professional, thorough. She exhibits a seemingly effortless expertise that immediately puts one at ease, all within the context of genuine humanity, and compassionate neighbourliness. Finally, again, my insurance needs are in the best of hands, backed by a company that still knows the value of values, and practices these virtues every day, in business, and in the community. I've been with Rogers Family Insurance for a few years. At first I had a great experience. I've gone from referring people to looking for a new agent because I cannot get a response after multiple attempts and inquiries.
