9 month update: I’m afraid I have to downgrade this review to 1 star. We paid cash for this car and still have not received the title. Several delay tactics have been used — they didn’t file the emissions test, they under-paid the registration fee, they didn’t respond to multiple phone calls and emails. We’ve had to open a case with the DMV, Better Business Bureau and DoJ and this still isn’t resolved. At this point, we’re concerned that they didn’t have the legal right to sell the car.

We bought a used Ford Transit yesterday and the experience was fantastic! The guys there are knowledgeable and polite and don’t mess you around on price. Once we’d settled on the price, the process was quick and painless. Dinging a single star because the car was out of gas and the seat was broken when we took it out for a test drive.
Jake in the service department went above and beyond to take care of me. Jake himself deserves five stars.
I cannot say enough about Jake's customer service skills he is a true blessing Thank you Jake for what you did.
