We were stuck and desperate off of I-90. Our insurance couldn’t even find us a tow. Yet when we called Roger’s, not only did they get us entered into their system super fast and easily, they exceeded their arrival time by a good 30 min! Easily several hours sooner than other options. Their rates were far more reasonable. The driver was friendly, knowledgeable and above all compassionate. I cannot say enough good things about his customer service. We instantly felt relieved and welcomed. Driver JV— we owe you one! Thank you for being the one bright spot in an otherwise distressing day. Really thankful for this overall excellent service!!

My car would not start. I called Roger's Towing and the first thing the guy asked me was if we were in a safe location and if we were OK.
He showed up less than 30 minutes. He noticed one of my battery terminals was loose, tightened it, jump-started it, and my car was working again. I was back on the road in no time.

Jacob responded to my need for a tow on a cold windy day very promptly. He worked very quickly and was able to tow my truck to the needed destination 50 miles away! He was the best tow truck operator I have used! Highly recommend!
