I feel so sorry for Tony. He is so focused on Bay street that he is missing the big picture. The apathy that is at play constantly at stores and on phones.
I was at the Rogers store in Guildford Mall, Surrey at about 745 pm May 4th. The staff have absolutely no interest whatsoever in securing a sale deal. It was almost as though they would be too glad if you step out and buy elsewhere.
It's such a sad state of affairs for Canadian wireless customers. The lack of genuine competition that sets up a realistic expectation of decent customer service. Should we die, still waiting for an acceptable Wireless customer service? I don't know
