I took my 2008 Suzuki Grand Vitara because it was making a weird noise that could be a the beginning of something bad turns out my oil dipstick had broken and the most important thing my car needed was an complete oil change and a new oil plug and dip stick my diagnostic on the car went quick, so they discounted the charge for that and in the end I paid way less than I would have anywhere else and walked away with list of items that I could slowly address so that my car would last as long as it could under their incredible care. They are very thorough and extremely trustworthy and knowledgeable. If you like your car or like me consider it a part part of the family. You should always take your car to Ralph’s nowhere else. They have never taken advantage of me or overcharged me and everything is always really fixed when they leave. Keep up the incredible work. Glad to know that they really are good shops in this area.
