As someone who has been looking to rent a home for the last month, I have dealt with numerous property management companies. This was the ONLY company that called and spoke with me verbally. They also allowed me to apply to upcoming, not yet available, properties when the one I applied for was rented. Sarah specifically was so pleasant, responsive, and really took care of my needs. Our family hopes to be their new tenants soon!
