We hired this company to paint our home for $10,000. They were considerably more expensive than the other quotes we received, but the person who did the initial evaluation, she noticed all of the imperfections, and seemed to be more knowledgeable than the others. When my wife went to the paint store, the representative told us to make sure the walls are primed, because the color we want is really light, and most other colors will bleed through it. My wife contacted the office, and they said priming was not necessary, and it was not included in the price. My wife said that every other painter, who proposed far less of a price, included priming the walls in their, and wanted their price to prime the walls. A short while later, we received an email, the painter claimed their crew suddenly got COVID and they could not handle our job next week, and they are not available for months. This was their passive aggressive way of telling us that they do not want our business. It is a terrible way to do business. I surely would not recommend that anyone do business with this dishonest company, because they talk a big game, and then they leave you hanging, even after you committed to hiring them.
