These guys called me to about a car that I had sold years prior. I reported the vehicle sold, but their system didn't produce the correct record. I produced the correct record via WA DOL from KC's Auto Licensing and submitted it to them.
They also became aware of someone impersonating me coming to their tow yard and making fake documents. You would have thought that would be good enough for them to realize I am not responsible.
I got a bill in the mail for $500 for a tow and recovery of a vehicle I had not owned for many years. Documents provided. These guys only give 2 cents about what they can get way with.
2 thumbs down for this organization. I will take my case to my attorney, and enjoy putting these folks in their place as they pay me for my attorney's time.

The most transparent, professional, friendly, and helpful tow-truck company I have ever experienced honestly. SPECIALLY UNDER THE STRESSFUL CIRCUMSTANCES, I WAS GOING THROUGH AT THE TIME OF FINDING WHEN WHY, AND WHERE MY CAR WAS OR TOWED TO, But in no way was this Ron Mays's fault. They were just doing their job. And towing my car due to a police academy dropout and military dropout Quiteria looser piece of ish. The lodge apartments parking lot patrol guy. KNOWING IN MY MIND MY CAR WAS TOWED ON SOME PERSONAL ISH. The very next day 2 separate days Cars were parked in the same spot overnight and we were not TOWED. I parked my car at 1248am. Ran up to the apartment to take a big shower and get warm clothes on. I was very sick and our overflow parking was 4 blocks away. My car was TOWED during that little hour I took before going out to move it .it was already gone and he knew where I lived. He stocks me every night I come home from work and shines his bright lights on my face every night. So why doesn't he have any other cars TOWED just me for the 2nd time now in one year

Towed my vehicle from a parking spot at my apartment complex and claimed it was parked in the wrong spot they said the spot number was 5XX and was supposedly registered to someone, the numbers on the parking spot i was in was 4 digits. driver refused to admit to his mistake and refused to release my vehicle, told me it was going to cost over $300 if I went with him to the tow yard, if not it would be another almost $200 for an after hours tow fee, plus storage fees per hour.... I even offed to pay the fee just to get my car released without having to go to the tow yard he started getting jumpy and nervous and quickly went to his tow truck and just said It was being towed to north everett, and tried to drive away with out giving me anymore information....
