Well I can say they are honest. They won't work on Mercedes regardless of what the problem is.

Very helpful and honest, very refreshing after having a not so great experience at a dealership service center. The two gentlemen there (I believe Rob and John) were very kind and John took the time to explain to me a class action law suit that my car was a part of. Will be coming back for any future service. Highly recommend!
