Had a bad experience did not realize case had glitter. It flakes off all over patient and lenses. I phoned company to try to order more cases and either have them pick up the defective cases (which were a small part of my initial order) or give some sort of discount on my new additional order of 300+ cases. Representative said they are a very popular selling case and we don't have problems with them. Company would not do anything! Lost my business! Need to review customer service and retention.
