My experience having my shingle and rubber roof replaced by these folks in Panorama City was truly outstanding. The cost was fair and their teams, one for each roofing material, demonstrated real professionalism. I was particularly impressed with how Ashton and Justin maintained cleanliness around the site, routinely ensuring no stray nails were left in the yard. I had never needed to replace a roof prior to this, and Jaime and Justin were outstanding in guiding me through the procedure, patiently answering my numerous inquiries. Once the construction commenced, Ashton was also great at communicating, and he and his team did a swift, high-quality job installing the roof. I would highly recommend Roofing Perfectionists to anyone in Panorama City. They do a fantastic job of prioritizing the customer throughout the insurance process, making everything straightforward and easy.

Can't help but recommend Roofing Perfectionists for anyone needing roof repairs. Noticed a tile fell off the top corner of our two-story house, so I reached out to a number of local roofers. The quote I got over the phone from Justin was far lower than the others (and that's just for them to show up, never mind the repair) for the job itself. It's not that I'm endorsing picking the lowest price every time, but when you put together the excellent workmanship, swift responses over phone/text, and promptness of Justin's team; there's no question as to who I'll turn to for future roof repairs.
