it's been some time since i was satisfied with someone providing me with a roofing estimate. however, our rep, Lucas, really surpassed my expectations. i admired his polite attitude and clear communication when dealing with my worries. Lucas showed deep understanding in answering my questions, making me feel confident and certain about working with him and his crew. He was always punctual and managed to make the entire roofer work seem quite stress-free from beginning to end. hats off to such an impressive salesman like Lucas, if he doesn't know it already.

The roofing team led by Lucas gets a big thumbs up from me! Lucas and his crew did an outstanding job installing our new roof. The process was slowed down due to issues with our insurance company, but that didn't hamper their efforts. Despite the challenges with the insurance provider, Lucas was always there for us. He kept us upbeat and ensured us, 'We're going to get this done.' There were moments of doubt, but Lucas remained determined and persistent for months, and now we have a stunning, leak-proof, hail-damage free roof! If I had to go through this process again, I would definitely choose a different insurance company, but I wouldn't think twice about choosing Lucas and his team for the roofing job. They are the best in the business!
