I had Dan with Room By Room do an inspection of my 10-year-old home. He was able to identify some important things maintenance items for me to stay on top of, plus an issue with water intrusion into my crawl space. He took the time to answer my questions and help me understand exactly what I need to do to make sure my home ages well and reduce the likelihood of mold growth. Super detailed inspection. He did a great job going through double and triple checking everything for us, making sure to get every little detail for us. Super happy with the service and would always recommend them.

Very thorough inspection! We know exactly what needs to be fixed before/after moving into our new home. Inspection report is easy to understand and has many photos attached to show you what is right and wrong in the home. He really makes sure everything is up to code including proper hinges and deadbolts on the doors.
