The customer service by the owner is laughable. He didn't want to even open up the lehengas out of their plastic covers, let alone allowing me to try them on, unless I said I would buy it. I understand that the lehengas are delicate, but unless you open them and try them on, how are you supposed to commit to buying them. Especially with prices of > $1000. He was being so thrifty in opening 2-3 lehengas out of their plastic covers that I decided to leave after that. Please don't give this person your business.
