I found Rooter Warrior through Yelp; in fact, I think I even initially contacted them via Yelp. They were in touch with me almost immediately and everything went smoothly from there. It’s great that they’re versatile when it comes to communication; texts, emails, and calls. I set up the appointment for the next day and received a full confirmation via text and email. The next day, I received a polite and helpful call from their main office explaining that their technician was working in my area and if it would be okay if he’d be able to make it by earlier. I thought that was awesome! Guillermo showed up about 15 minutes later and was extremely helpful and all around just a great person. He was able to diagnose the issue and make the needed suggestions. He successfully completed the job and made sure everything about his work was correct. Great experience with a great company!
