This place did well to address my needs as a patient, I have no complaints

The clinic is nice, clean, and has parking. However, I got blood taken and told I’d get results in a week. I called a week later and they weren’t ready. I called the following week, they said they’d get the doctor to call me back and she didn’t. I called a total of 5 times over 6 weeks and each time I was told they’d call me back to go over the results and never did. I get that the medical field is busy, but it really doesn’t seem like they care about their patients…
