I feel like if I see a new customer I want to be welcoming and offer help as they obviously scour the aisles to find products. I didn’t get that my last couple visits but as it’s the only place in MR to get specialized food I will have to give it another go? I hope we soon get more choices in MR. I hear the staff at Roots gossiping amongst each other while I struggle to find goods and when there’s two customers in the store? Ya I wasn’t pleased spending the inflated prices and left with half my list to source elsewhere. There is a lot of products that can be found in generic stores nowadays, thank goodness. Not a very happy place to shop, in a nutshell (pun intended)

Been a customer and loved their products. I am an easy customer to be pleased but today this lady made sure to make me feel so mad and being accused of damaging the store to the point that it made me cry. I hate going around and leaving negative comments on small businesses like this but I also don't want to be treated like crab just because my 3 years old child split the nail polish without me noticing. The lady came screaming and accusing me that I/my child have damaged their small business. Then she went in the back to bring her camera to have a prove of the "damage" my child made for the owner. I was shocked at first and then I felt being accused of damaging the business while I actually was there to help the local business. Too bad I am not going there again and wish this business and the second kind lady who helped me best of luck!

Love love love Roots. It's staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It's prices are competitive. Great selection. One of the best run shops I've ever been in. By far the best Natural store I've been to. I trust them. It's always a pleasure shopping there. And the shopping carts for the kids are brilliant! My kids run to the doors when we come shop there. Thank you.
