The food here used to be so good. I'd love to know what changed. Management? Cook? Ownership?
We went for lunch and they were not busy at all. We waited a while to be seated and then it took some time before the waiter took our drink order. After we got our drinks it took a VERY long time before we could order our food. The waiter walked past and asked if we were ready to order. We said yes, he nodded and walked away. And we were back to waiting.
My husband ordered a Pepsi and a diet Pepsi was brought out. When he asked for a Pepsi like he had ordered the waiter said "You want the regular one? FINE." The waiter was loud, abrupt and boarder like aggressive.
We watched our food sit on the pass for at least 20 minutes. When it was finally brought to our table everything was cold. The mozzarella sticks were so cold the cheese had no pull. The appetizers and mains all came out at the same time. After we ate our appetizers and started on the mains, the mains were cold and gross.
One of the chefs was constantly eating the whole time we were there. He had a mouth full of food while cooking. It wasn't like he was tasting he had a full mouth chewing the entire time we were there.
Such a disappointing experience!
