The staff are always polite and if there is a line, someone will be put there taking orders. Love their protein shakes!! Just tried the Liberty Lemonade and it was delicious!

Best coffee in Tri Cities area. Can't believe so many people recommended Wake Up to me... I couldn't drink it, their crap is SO SWEET, yuck. Roscoes got it figured out and the girls there are all very sweet and on top of their game.

Was here to get a large latte (32 ounces for $6.60 before tax), then 1 hour later returned to get the same drink again 😊
