I have had two occasions to work with Preston Howard and I was beyond impressed with how he helped me through the process. The first time he helped me with a real estate loan for a conservatorship that was rather straight forward. He was very communicative and let me know exactly what was needed. The next time we had a very difficult issue arise with a real estate loan on a complicated conservatorship matter that took months to resolve due to the fact we had to get a clearance from the IRS. Preston stayed with me the whole way, keeping things in place and helping me resolve this difficult issue. When the clearance from the IRS finally came through Preston kept the same excellent rates that he had promised from the beginning. I not only have my “go to” person for loans but have a friend who will stay with me through the process, no matter how difficult.

As a probate attorney, I’ve worked with multiple realtors and lenders. The one I worked on with Preston was a very particularly thorny one with lots of warts on it. Not only did Preston take on the matter with enthusiasm, he was able to navigate this matter, taking care of all the issues. I thoroughly expected lots of calls from Preston with questions regarding problems but he only called to give me updates and reminders on things I was supposed to get to him. All in all, he was able to get the loan done in a very timely manner that kept me happy and my client happy. Thank you, Preston, for your professional and expert service. This will certainly NOT be our last matter that we work on together.
