I went in for a deep cleaning. I’ve have deep cleanings before. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years with my 3 kids. It has new owners and new dentists. She was so rough and rude I felt like she was ripping off my gums. I left so swollen and bleeding. Never returning again!

I took my son for an extraction. The doctor was very nice and professional however the staff was a little rude and wouldn’t let me go back with my 10 y/o. She told me they would call me if they needed me and I said no I would like to go back with him. Once we were in the room she tried to kick me out again and I told her no that I was going to speak with the doctor about staying. The doctor came in and he did ask me to step out and I explain to him my son was a little nervous and he felt better if I stayed. So he told me I could wait outside of the room. I wasn’t very happy but I stood by the door. I never had this issue with the old staff and I was very disappointed that they weren’t going to let me stay I guess it’s a new owner rule. I don’t think I will be going back to this place if they are not going to let the parents go in with the child

The staff at Rosecrans Dental were all friendly and professional. The aesthetics of the building have been renovated to more modern appearance. Many improvements were made exemplifying the importance of quality and safety and dental care. A big thanks to all the staff at Rosecrans Dental.
