For Christmas this year my husband and I, and my sister and brother in law did a dinner here instead gift exchanges. This was hands down the best customer service experience along with absolutely amazing food! Everything we ordered from the Italian themed menu was perfect, and not one dish disappointed any of us. New favorite dinner place for sure!

My husband and I contacted the restaurant a couple weeks ago and made reservations, at that time we communicated that there was a severe salt restriction for my food. The restaurant did FABULOUS for honoring the restriction. We chose the chefs tasting menu. Each dish was presented with details on what it was and also what the sodium level was. The atmosphere was cozy and very romantic. The food DELICIOUS. Definitely a 5 star restaurant and one we will be going back to again. Highly reccomend!

At last!! A spot charging Chicago prices that makes it very much worth it! And in South Bend, IN. It’s like they transported cool and smooth from someplace else. RL is located in a revitalized industrial area and has a great setting/ambiance. Fresh oysters in the Bend? Yes please! A white gazpacho that needs a bowl lick? Don’t mind if I do! A lovely piece of halibut with a crust, perfectly flaky? Out of my way! And a wine pairing that’s a “huh?” turning into a “I’m picking up what you’re putting down!” Put yourself in their hands and you will be a very happy camper!
