Great store and I love that they are only a few blocks away.
The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, and their appreciation for music/guitars definitely showed.

By far the most unclear and unprofessional return policy I have ever witnessed. Literally open only one weekday a week making scheduling a trip to return impossible. If spending any real amount of time with an instrument before making an important decision is critical look elsewhere or you will be left quite literally holding the bag.

I have bought strings, sandpaper, tuners, and assorted other classical guitar related things here, even had a lesson. Everyone here is knowledgeable and friendly- a real hub for the Seattle area classical guitar community.
