Bad parking; staff from the mall stores fill up the parking even though there is ample parking across the street. Ross's store seems to have cordial staff. The store is clean.

Shopping was fine, but customer service at the fitting rooms and at the register was not great. I was pulled out of line to self check and nearly forgotten, then rudely instructed on how to remove the hangers from all my clothing. I would have chosen to stay in line if I knew this was the plan.

One of the cleaner Ross stores out there.
I went on a Monday morning and everything was in place, the floor was clean and the store organized. The store was also very well stocked and I was able to purchase everything I needed
Employees were friendly and helpful.
