Long line , I asked manager to please have someone open up and he said they only have one cashier. Makes no sense, train more people to be cashiers I guess

This is my 1st time seeing a self checkout at a Ross store. They have a designated line for self checkout with 3-4 register kiosk, you scan and bag your own items. It's seems convenient if you only have a few items, but if your item has a security tag you have to wait for a cashier to remove tag.
