PLEASE READ My younger sister (17) and her female friend (17) were shopping at the target next door when they noticed a strange man following them. They then went into this Ross where again they noticed the strange man follow them from the target to this Ross and continuously stare and pretend he was shopping. Two amazing females noticed the man acting strange and obviously was not shopping but following my sister and her friend. They approached my sister and her friend and asked if they were okay & if they knew him. When they both responded no, they called for the store manager (an older male) and informed him of what was going on. The store manager started observing the man and immediately kicked him out of the store once he noticed he was not there to shop, he also informed me he reported the incident to the police. The manager and two females stayed with my sister and her friend until I got there to pick them both up. The manager walked us all out but unfortunately could not step off the curb due to store policies/procedures and one of the females walked us all the way to my car. I can’t thank the manager and the two females who helped my sister and friend out, this could have gone way worse and I’m grateful to the staff of this store. I’ve shopped here a few times but now I feel so safe to shop here more! THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER AND THE TWO FEMALES!
I bought a wallet here 3 weeks ago, after I used it for 3 weeks, the skin peel off. July 6 afternoon, I brought the wallet back to this store to return, the cashier told me it was used and cannot return! The store sells bad quality products and customers cannot return the products? Other department stores have no problem to accept return poor quality products! Do not come to this store again!
