I would have given this Ross a 5 star because they always have everything so nice and neat, and I can tell that the store management cares about their store. The reason why I didn't give the store 5 stars is because I notice that they only hire Ukrainian/Russian people ( I don't know which of those 2 cultures the people are but they all communicate with each other in their language) which is discriminatory. There are only a few other employees in this store who are not Ukrainian/Russian and it is obvious that whomever Is in charge of the hiring process, seem to be discriminating against people who are not of their ethnicity. I know personally because someone who I know (who is not Ukrainian/ Russian or white) interviewed and were qualified, but did not get hired. And yet each time I shop at this store, I see new employees at this store who are ALL White Ukranian/Russian. "Everyone" should have equal opportunity to work there. Other than that MAJOR concern, this Ross has good customer service and the store is organized and set up to appeal shoppers. They just need to hire people of other ethnicities
