a queue of 30 people, 2 checkout stations open and the manager in charge doesn't seem to care at all. That's how you make waiting customers happy. Conditions like in North Korea.

My review is based on the store not staffing enough cashiers. I'm making a return and there's roughly about 20-24 people infront of me. Others have posted pictures of the lines they wait. They removed the self check out for w.e reason. But seriously 1 cashier? [I can see her getting flustered and dont blame her for it. Shes tryna huslte but some people ... sigh] The other cashier had to stop because she had to go back to restocking. And 2 other employees also restocking while chatting together and complaining how they just want to go home. Shouldn't a Mgr return to help out the cashier? This store is mostly well stocked and organized as best as they can. It's a hit or miss with customer service. Just be ready to wait 20 minutes maybe more. I've been in line for 25 already. 🫤

This is a HUGE space, but the inventory does not spread throughout the store and some shelves are bare. Thus store, unfortunately like so many places, is seriously understaffed and the staff there are OVERworked. Kindness seems to surprise them and the wait is TOO long...only 2 cashiers...on a Saturday?!?!?

Don't think I'll be stopping there again. I don't have time to wait or waste like that. I wish them well.
