Significantly lacking in terms of employee engagement. You are immediately treated as a potential criminal by staff and forced to wait before going in. I don’t understand why that’s a thing when the other Ross stores I’ve been to don’t employ that “tactic”.
Cashiers seem to be afraid of asking for help even if it is at the expense of the customer’s time. I am not sure why it is also required for a employee to make a fetch request to another employee for a clipboard that is less than 5 feet away from them.
Parking in the north side of the lot is also I’ll advised, as that area is overrun with junkies/homeless that have a good chance of messing with your vehicle.
