I went into Ross today, the store was very clean and I was greeted as I walked in. It was easy to find what I went on for and the service was top notch

I keep giving them extra chances hoping I'd experienced an isolated incident. The merchandise is ok at best, but some of the employees are acting like they are a high end fashion boutique trying to get all Pretty Woman on people by having secret shoppers follow around and mean mug customers. I shouldn't be able to know I'm being followed around. That's so rude, and ridiculously unprofessional. Also, get a better security system, damn. You guys are too poor for good cameras but want your budget conscious customers to be profiled for being lower income? That's a little hypocritical. If I were rich I sure wouldn't be at Ross, most of us wouldn't. I was half expecting the cast of the show What Would You Do to pop out anytime, but nope it was real. This is the worst store I've ever been to by far.

This Ross is always clean and pretty organized. The clerks are alert and careful, checking for thievery. That somehow makes me feel safer there. They are also friendly, polite, and helpful.
