A fairly standard Ross, sans the bouncer at the door. For the wait and pomp and circumstance, it certainly wasn’t the illustrious shopping experience one might expect. Stock was… okay? There were literally 2 pairs of jeans available in my size, but other random sections were brimming with items. Overall, pretty much what you’d expect from any mid-tier Ross. Still on the hunt for the Mecca-Ross

Stood in line for 15 minutes while 1 person took care of the customers. I heard him page for help, and no one came. Finally someone approached the registers walking as slow as a turtle. No sense of urgency or sense of taking care of the line. I will never come back here. The workers act like they are in prison.

The worst Ross ever!! The manager Jackie doesn’t want the customers to shop and is straight up telling them to leave full carts because she is too lazy to open a fitting room. Super rude on top of it. Shame on the store!
