I spent over $100 in this store tonight. My daughter had gotten a large bottle of lotion. She suffers from severe eczema. We do not live in Washington. We realized after getting home that it was not in our bag. I called the store, the cashier had it but I was told that unless I came back tonight they could not hold the product for me. I paid for it and their cashier failed to bag it! I am furious. I will not be going back to that store ever again.
