The store is new and clean, but the customer service needs significant improvement. The woman at the dressing room was unprofessional—rude, demanding, and it seemed like she didn’t want to be there at all.

This ross IS AMAZING. They have the best deals in the morning and the workers are super friendly and kind. It's also super clean and organized obviously mid day afternoon it's busy and people make a mess but most of the times I've gone it's always full and well organized. The only ross I go to now.

Why am I standing in line to use one of TWO make shift fitting rooms in the FRONT of the store by the entrance when there is an ENTIRE ACTUAL FITTING ROOM in the back of the store? This is 100% RIDICULOUS to make guests wait in the front of the store, in the way of people shopping, and for long periods of time for absolutely no reason. Furthermore, when using the fitting room on the right, the security tags go off the entire time you are trying on clothes if hung on the little knobs provided. I had to lay everything down on the bench so it would stop, as it is VERY annoying! Lastly, the fitting room on the left was locked. Therefore, providing ONE fitting room for the store. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!! I not very nicely asked an employee to unlock the other fitting room after waiting 10 minutes + and still one person in front of me. The entire time, employees are seeing this, seeing us look over at them, walk by us in line, etc. What a joke to be waiting in line for ONE fitting room on a Sunday afternoon when an ENTIRE fitting room is available, as well as the make shift one with nobody in it that is locked. UNBELIEVABLE, and I will DEFINITELY never shop at this location again, and I will certainly be advising others not to waste their time shopping at this location.
