Used to love always coming here but won't be back after this weekend. The entire store was completely trashed. The items they have for sale are very basic and cheap, not many 'real' brands that you find at any other Ross for a great deal. I've been to so many Ross locations from Santa Cruz, Sacramento and here and I've never seen such disarray. I heard the guy standing at the fitting rooms say into his headset "Just go over there and act like you know what you're doing, that's fine". So I guess everyone working here is lazy and untrained.
