Newly opened store, very disappointed in the way it looked. Shelves were messy and disheveled. There were random shoes left on shelves all over the store. Wanted to try a few items on, went back to changing room and the young lady attendant just stared at me for 5 minutes before i had to ask if the dressing room was available, it was not. All in all not one redeeming reason to visit this Ross.

Cashier was rude and unnecessarily slow, not to mention unprofessional. She was taking her sweet time scanning less than 5 items and then went on her phone and was texting and laughing at it while i was paying. She told me to grab my own receipt, waving me off before calling the next customer. I was excited about this store because it just opened near my house, but I'd rather drive the distance than be treated like an inconvenience when shopping.
