Ross is great! I generally find what I'm in the market for. Usually it's a last minute purchase and still I find what I need at a good price. This time I needed a piece of luggage for quickly arranged visit to my home town. They had just what I needed.

I would leave no stars if I could. For every cashier there seems to be two or three security guards who treat every customer like a criminal. Everyone's receipt is checked so it makes a long line after you're done paying, after waiting in another long line. Slow long lines. 3-4 cashiers on duty. Smells like urine in the men's section, probably because they locked all bathrooms and dont let anyone use them even with dissability. Save your time and go to a better store with better customer experience. I anticipate this location will permanently close soon.
