We drove about 4 hours one way to get a consultation. The stylist had to leave when we were about 15 minutes away which I understood. We left strands of our hair in a little bag at the shop next door, as she'd suggested, so she could test them the next day but we never heard back from her. My mom and sister made another trip there but were told they'd have to go back like 6-7 times and pay $300- $400 each time. I guess we'll never know if they're actually any good.

Visited the salon for the first time a few days ago for a haircut with Amanda. Really pleased with my cut, she listened carefully to what I wanted and ultimately persuaded me to lose a couple of inches of hair for the sake of fullness/body. Love the effect! Really fun atmosphere and sweet staff. Already booked my next appointment.

I saw Alissa for a color appointment. I was really excited about the salon's lightening techniques but never got to experience them. I'm a natural redhead and I wanted to go lighter but for some reason I will never understand, instead of lightening my hair she made it darker (I did not get a strand test and she didn't explain her process at all). I was in shock. She offered to fix it but kept cancelling and "losing" my follow-up appointments from her system at the last minute - which as a waste of my time as well as humiliating. If you like to be treated with basic respect and professionalism, don't go here - you and your hair deserve better.
