We normally see Dr Koss but we got in for an emergency visit for our almost 1 year old daughter Macy because she had swelling on one side of her face.
She took it very seriously and got us into Seattle Childrens for an ultrasound. Many doctors could have dismissed this but she stuck her neck out to get her in for an ultrasound asap.
The ultrasound showed a necrotic infection and macy ended up needing surgery.
I thank Dr Palomino for really caring for my daughter. She did everything she could to make sure we received the care we needed. If it wasn't for her. Things could have been so much worse for my daughter.
