Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

The customer service was awesome! The technician that came to resolve the issue was courteous, friendly, very knowledgeable, as well as professional. I think the fee of $750.00 to unclog to two toilets that truly took less than 30 minutes is more than excessive when previously I had the same service for less than $200.00!

We had a slow kitchen drain which I knew was due to buildup in our sewer line. Thomas arrived and was very professional and courteous. He stated the cost up front and proceeded with the job. It was all done in about 40 minutes. I have no complaints whatsoever with him or the work done. I will say I believe the automation for appointments needs work. I made the request in the evening using the online system and I immediately received a generic email reply stating another email would arrive to confirm my appointment time. I never saw another email but the next morning received a text out the blue (automated) saying he was on his way and would arrive in 30 minutes. So, I left work to rush home only to find the tracking feature was stating he was still in another town 45 minutes away. In the end, he arrived well over an hour later than the text lead me to believe. Again, I don't fault him for any of this, but telling me someone will arrive at a certain time when that doesn't happen is almost worse than those 8-12 windows where at least you know you have to wait.
